By submitting this Candidate Profile Form, you acknowledge that the Downtown Woodstock BIA may circulate your profile, biography, and contact details to BIA members and election officials as part of the process.
Depending on the BIA’s standard practice, candidate profiles may also be:
- Posted publicly on the BIA’s website or social media channels;
- Included in printed or emailed member communications;
- Provided to the Municipal Clerk and Council in connection with the appointment of directors under section 204 of the Municipal Act, 2001.
Your personal information will be retained as part of the BIA’s election record and protected in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the BIA’s records practice.
